Doctoral Candidate Aviva Neff has been elected to serve as chair of the Council of Graduate Students' academic affairs committee for 2020-21. In this role, she has also been appointed to serve on the Council of Academic Affairs of the University Senate. There, she will be one of two graduate students on the 18-member council responsible for making recommendations on educational and academic policies.
