Alumna Toni-Leslie James (BFA '79) received her third Tony Award Nomination for Bernhardt/HamletBernhardt/Hamlet is the critically acclaimed play about the turn-of-the-century international stage celebrity Sarah Bernhardt's performance in Hamlet.

Associate Professor Emeritus David Ayers passed away earlier this month. Dr. Ayers taught, directed, and performed in numerous Ohio State Theatre productions, including originating the lead role in Lawrence and Lee's The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail.
