Graduate Studies Information Day

Graduate Studies Information Day for the 2017-18 recruiting year will be Friday, October 20, 2017 and Friday, February 16, 2018 for potential applicants for the MA, PhD, and both MFA tracks (acting and design).

Potential applicants with specific interests can meet with individual faculty members. To arrange an individual faculty meeting, please use the email addresses provided in the faculty directory. Individual meetings are encouraged, but not required. Potential applicants to the acting track seeking to audition must schedule one in advance. Please do so when submitting your RSVP.

In conjunction with the spring Graduate Studies Information Day, The Syndicate, the graduate student theatre organiztion, is holding a colloquium, and the acting/directing faculty is holding callback auditions. Callback auditions are encouraged, but not required.

A block of rooms have been held at the SpringHill Suites Marriott on Olentangy River Road. By calling the hotel's toll free reservation line (1-800-MARRIOTT), individuals can make their own reservation. Identify yourself as members of the Ohio State University-Department of Theatre to receive the group rate of $139/night. Reservations must be received by Tuesday, January 16th.
