Department of Theatre Ticket Request Form


In order to place an online ticket request, please fill out and submit the below form. A Ticket Office Representative will contact you to collect payment for your order.



1.    Your tickets are NOT reserved until you speak to a representative and submit payment.

2.    A $1.00 service fee will be added to each ticket purchased (this fee is waived for season subscribers).

3.    If it is 24 hours or LESS before your desired performance, please contact the Ticket Office directly at 614-292-2295. Internet submissions are only collected during our normal business hours (M-F, 10am-4pm) and we may not receive your submission in time.

4.    Tickets ordered through this site will be available at will call, starting 90 minutes prior to the production.


Tickets can always be purchased via or Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-745-3000. (Ticketmaster service fees will apply).
