Topics in Sound Technology - Theatre 5241

3 units

The selection of sound effects and music as well as the creation of sonic environments is as important an artistic decision as any other choices made in the creation of a production.  How does a Sound Designer draw an audience more deeply into a production through these choices?  By delving deeply into script analysis, audience interaction and the decision making process we will explore the impact of the audio environment on the creation of a production.
