Ticket Donation Request

Ohio State Theatre is happy to support your charitable event.  When making your request, please keep in mind that our production season mirrors the academic year and runs from September – June, with productions in November, February and May.  To make your request, please provide the following information on stationary/letterhead from your organization:  

• Name of Organization
• Name of Event
• Date of Event
• Date by which you need to receive the donation
• Mailing address to send the donation
• Contact person name, phone number, email address
