The Ohio State University Department of Theatre

Three guests joined us in spring 2009 as we explored advanced moving lights programming techniques for a rig of automated and conventional equipment. Rob Holland of AVI Staging Technology Group led classes for the grandMA. Rob Dicken, freelance designer and owner of Digital 4U2, showed us advanced programming techniques for our Hog III PC and critiqued individual programming projects. Spencer Lyons, field project coordinator at Electronic Theatre Controls, provided a demo of the Eos console. Carolyn joined the adventure, and posed for us diligently for several weeks of extensive patching, programming, and atmospherics.
