Eric had a very active and productive first year on the OSU Theatre staff. After settling in to the daily operations of the department, he worked with Dr. Sullivan to create an undergraduate brochure and to revise all of the forms and informational flyers for the undergraduate program.

After office hours, Eric stage managed OSU Theatre's The Rimers of Eldritch (Autumn 2003), worked on the Columbus Youth Ballet's Nutcracker, attended USITT's annual conference, and stage managed Candide (Spring 2004). Eric also ran the sound board for CATCO's production of Arsenic and Old Lace.
