Parking

For Performances
OSU Transportation and Parking Services has installed new parking pay machines in several campus parking lots. Unless you have an OSU parking permit, you must purchase a temporary parking permit for $3 using the new Pay-n-Display machines and a credit card or coins (no bills).  Instructions are availabe for download.  If you have questions regarding parking accommodations, please contact the OSU Box Office at (614) 292-2295 or visit the Traffic and Parking website.

During Business Hours
OSU parking rules are strictly enforced. There are a limited number of 1-hour parking meters in front of the Drake Union. The current rate is 25 cents per 15 minutes. For a nominal fee you can purchase a one-day parking pass from the Drake Union Business Office that would entitle you to park in all of the lots on the map, with the exception of the blue mid-tower lot. For more information, contact the Drake Performance and Event Center office at (614) 292-8597 or visit the Traffic and Parking website.

Accessibility

Handicapped Access
There is handicapped parking in the metered area. There is additional handicapped parking across the street in the mid-tower parking lot. Although all of the main entrances to the Drake are handicapped accessible the easiest access to the Department of Theatre is through the ground floor north entrance (closest to the stadium). There is a sidewalk ramp and door openers at this entrance. Enter the building and proceed to the elevator on the right. Take the elevator to the first floor and turn right. The lobby is straight ahead. For performances see the ushers for access to the handicapped seating areas. To reach our main office turn left in the main lobby and proceed to the end of the hallway. Turn left down the next hallway and turn right at the second door. The main office is on the right room 1089.
