The exhibition is planned and organized by the Carnival Exhibition Group.

The Carnival Exhibition Group (CEG) is a constituted not-for-profit organisation. Its mission is to promote the history, heritage and practice of carnival arts, primarily through the design, development, and creation and delivery of public exhibitions and publications.
The Directors of CEG are Lesley Ferris and Adela Ruth Tompsett.
The Advisory Board is Hakim Adi, Julian Henriques, Teleica Kirkland, Michael McMillan, Jane Moss, Carole Morrison, Dorothy Noyes, and Carol Tulloch.
