Mo has been an Assistant Professor in the Acting Directing area at OSU since 2002. In 2001 - 2002 Mo was a Guest Lecturer in the Department and she was a Guest Artist in the previous season when she directed London Cuckolds. At OSU she has directed Twelfth Night, Rashomon and Two Planks and a Passion. In addition to her duties at OSU, Mo is the Artistic Director of Red Herring Theatre Ensemble in Columbus where she has directed plays such as Big Love, Copenhagen, Lonesome West, and Hot n’ Throbbing. She also does outreach and engagement work with inmates at Ross County Correctional Institution where she has helped inmates create and perform original work that emphasizes the principles of restorative justice and victim’s awareness. She returned to Ohio 1997 after living in Chicago where she was an ensemble member of Famous Door Theatre Company.
